hi friend.
I’m brooklynn and I’ve been shooting weddings for over a decade now.
i grew up in rural southern ontario so I have a soft spot for small towns, but also love seeing the world. you’ll usually find me thrifting furniture to flip, trying a new vietnamese recipe, or buying another leather notebook.
my husband and I got married in october 2024, so we now fully understand the beautiful chaos of wedding planning. it was amazing, and worth *all* the time and effort.
i love the business side of photography as much as the creative side, but my main passion in life is teaching others about the bible.
my approach
I don’t believe wedding photography has to be either completely hands-off or overly posed. My approach is somewhere in between. It can best be described as guided documentary style.
i’ll direct you just enough to help you feel at ease, then step back and let you live the moment. The result are photos that feel real and natural, yet still flattering.
when I deliver your gallery, you’ll find lots of candid photos of you and your loved ones living the day, but with that beautiful perspective you hire an artist for.
