While it’s essential that you love how a photographer composes, captures, and edits your images, there’s another factor that matters even more: the kind of presence and energy they bring to your day.

Your photographer is involved in the most intimate moments of your wedding, even the ones that guests or parents may not see. their sensitivity to those moments can either enhance them, or disrupt them.
That’s why, on your wedding day, I won’t direct you while you’re reading your fiance’s handwritten letter. I’ll be calm and give you space as your mom buttons up your dress and realizes this moment is finally here. and during your first look, if you choose to have one, I’ll step back so you can soak in that moment without having to perform for a shot.
but enhancing a moment is not always stepping away, sometimes it’s stepping forward. Like when family photos need a little direction to keep things moving smoothly. or when your nerves are high during portraits and a soft prompt helps you relax into the rhythm.

Weddings may be my specialty, but family sessions hold a warm place in my heart. From quiet maternity moments to wild, five-kid chaos in the backyard, i’ll happily show up for it all. Kids grow and change in the blink of an eye, photos help you hold onto this stage just a little longer.
1 hour shoots from $425 (+ ask about my maternity + newborn bundle!)
